She adds that is important to consult any specialist in this matter before beginning a new diet, make a good combination of all the nutritional facts from all that we eat and last but not least “do not believe in those miracle diets that most times makes you to get more weight than before (…) many of those produce irreversible damages in a near future”, she concluded.
