Moreover, a balanced diet will always include a good source of fiber daily, such as whole-grains food. Likewise, the prepared food must contain less sodium or salt than what we are all used to. Two or two and half cups of fruits and vegetables daily are enough to maintain nutritive levels high. If you are a candy or chocolate lover, remember that you can eat them as long as you do not exceed a small amount per day. Plus, if you like alcohol, you can feel free to have no more than two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women.

Besides a good diet, regular exercise is also needed to maintain or lose weight in a healthy way. Once again, extremes are not needed. If you do not feel comfortable practicing tiring exercises, just take thirty minutes per day to take a fast walk. That is all what you need to reconcile with your body and your health!
