Rice Milk and Soy Milk are Not Healthy Food

With superior consciousness of the several health troubles related with pasteurized dairy foods, several people stopped consuming vegetarian milk alternatives such as rice milk and soy milk. Most people are not a big fan of these products either. Here are reasons why soy or rice milk must not be a basis in your dairy diet:

First, several brands of rice and soy milk include “polyunsaturated vegetable oils” that supply to an inequity of essential greasy acids in your body. As safe as this strength sounds, everybody is convinced of the fact that a constant imbalance of essential greasy acids by the usual use of polyunsaturated vegetable oils is the most important origin of many cardiovascular illnesses. Polyunsaturated fats that contribute to this damaging inequity are found in cottonseed, sunflower corn, soybean, and safflower oils. It is recommended to always stay away from those oils.

Second, several brands of rice and soy milk include some natural sweeteners, rice syrup, or dissolve cane juice. Natural or not, most bribes have major injury on your liver and pancreas. They also elevate the insulin levels that significantly increase the risk of suffering: premature aging, heart disease, high blood pressure, unhealthy weight gain, and some other unhelpful side effects.

Fermented types of soy such as tempeh, natto, and miso are healthy choices for many people, but the non-fermented soy foods may cause a diversity of health problems if eaten in huge amounts on a daily basis. You can make a healthy and tasty alternative to soy’s, rice and cow milk with raw almonds and a good mixer. Here is the recipe:

Almond Milk

1 1/2 cups of raw almonds, soaked in water overnight
4 cups of filtered or spring water
3-5 dates (optional).

Blend 1 ½ cups of raw almonds that were soaked overnight in 4 cups of water. Blend with dates if you like your milk with a hint of sweetness. Strain once to remove almond granules. The result is delicious, creamy milk that is free of harmful vegetable oil, concentrated sweeteners and the problems associated with cow’s milk and soy. It can be stored safely for 3 minutes.
