Xlear, Inc. Celebrates Fifth Anniversary
Orem, UT (PRWEB) August 11, 2005 -– Xlear, Inc., a leading manufacturer of xylitol products, today celebrated its fifth anniversary. Since launching the company in 2000, Xlear has introduced several product lines to reflect the breadth of xylitol’s unique health and dental benefits. The company originally started with one product, Xlear Nasal Wash, a patented saline solution with xylitol designed by general practice physician, Dr. Lon Jones. The company has since expanded its research, product development and worldwide distribution of three product lines with more than two dozen products.
Xlear Nasal Wash continues to be Xlear’s flagship product and is used by people around the world to help fight a variety of ailments, from allergies to sinus and ear infections. In the fall of 2004, the company sold its one millionth bottle of Xlear Nasal Wash. In May 2003, the company introduced a complete line of xylitol-rich dental products sold under the Spry Dental Defense System brand
The product line includes toothpaste, mouthwash, tooth gel, and a variety of flavors of mints and chewing gums. In December 2004, Spry was given the highest rankings by a leading independent dental research firm. In September 2004, Xlear was the first company to make xylitol available in single serving packets offered under its XyloSweet brand.
